The room we had was so nice with its spaciousness and beautiful decor. The cleanliness of the room and the fresh towels provided daily were a great bonus. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated close to all the major attractions, museums, and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere, a great way to explore the city. The staff, particularly Stefanie and Matteo, were really good. They were always helpful and were very good too assist us, even helping us find a last-minute taxi during a busy time in Rome. Their assistance made our stay even more nice. I highly recommend Tree Charme Augusto Luxury Suites for anyone visiting Rome.

I had an amazing stay! The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. The location couldn't have been better, as it was in the city center and close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and sheets. the small breakfast offered in the morning was a nice touch.
Everything is what I need and want.

Good-sized room and toilet, not cramped like newer properties. Appreciated complimentary breakfast and daily water refill. Excellent location near supermarket, shopping streets, and metro station. Helpful and friendly staff.
